March/April
Semana Santa (Holy Week)
Like the rest of Spain, Torre del Mar celebrates Semana Santa (Holy Week) with religious processions through the streets. Ruta de la Tapa – Throughout May
One of Torre del Mar’s most popular gastronomic events, the Ruta de la Tapa is a month-long food festival where participating bars and restaurants serve special tapas for visitors to try. A tapas passport allows people to collect stamps from different venues, with prizes for those who complete the full route. Expect a fantastic variety of traditional and innovative tapas dishes, all at affordable prices.

Noche de San Juan – 23rd June
One of the most anticipated nights of the year, San Juan marks the summer solstice with huge bonfires on the beach. Thousands gather along the Torre del Mar coastline to celebrate with music, fireworks, and barbecues of sardines (espetos).
